The short version.

Orders close at 9:00pm Thursday for that week's Monday or Tuesday delivery. After the cut-off the week is locked, cooking begins, and the order is charged.

Plans renew weekly until you skip, pause or cancel. The 10% subscriber discount applies to Family, Signature 12 and Bulk Saver while the subscription is active. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

We deliver to Melbourne and parts of regional Victoria. Delivery is free on orders over $99. Below that it is $13.50. There is a $40 minimum order. We deliver Monday and Tuesday; the days available depend on your postcode. If nobody is home, the box is left in a safe place unless you've told us otherwise.

Contact us with your order number. If food arrives above temperature, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refrigerate on arrival and observe the use-by date on each pack. We can't be responsible for food stored outside those instructions.
