Where our meat comes from

Our poultry and goat are supplied by Western Meat & Poultry (trading as Flying Poultry) in Reservoir, Victoria, a halal-certified processor holding certification from the National Halal Authority, certificate C17072026/001, valid to 16 July 2027. Their certification covers poultry and goat for the Australian domestic market, including halal slaughter under the NHA scheme. Halal certificates can only be displayed by the certified business itself, so we can't republish theirs, but you're welcome to verify it directly with the National Halal Authority on (03) 9088 1396.
