Delivery days
Two delivery days each week: Monday and Tuesday. Most postcodes can choose either day, and some areas get one of the two. The Yarra Valley, Bendigo and a few outer suburbs get Wednesday instead, and Shepparton and Echuca every second Wednesday. Your postcode sets the options in the cart before you check out.
Orders close at 9:00pm Thursday for that week's delivery.
Cost
Free on orders over $99. Below that it's $13.50 in Melbourne. There is a $40 minimum order.
Family, Signature 12 and Bulk Saver plans all clear the free threshold on their own, so delivery is free on those every week.

In Victoria: Melbourne Metro and Outer Melbourne, Geelong, the Surf Coast down to Apollo Bay, Bendigo, Ballarat, Gippsland, Phillip Island, the Mornington Peninsula, the Yarra Valley, Mansfield, Shepparton and Echuca.

If you're not home
The insulated box and ice packs hold temperature for several hours, so a shaded doorstep or a porch is usually fine. You can leave delivery instructions or nominate a safe place at checkout.
If the box has been sitting in direct sun and the packs have fully thawed by the time you get to it, don't risk it. Get in touch and we'll replace the order.
