The NDIS funds the preparation and delivery of your meals. Ingredients are an everyday living cost, so you pay that part yourself.
Example: on a $15.00 meal, you pay $4.50 and can claim $10.50.

How to order
- Confirm your funding. Check your plan covers meal preparation and delivery.
- Order online. Choose your meals and delivery date, and pay at checkout. Add your NDIS number and plan manager's email in the order notes.
- Get your invoice. We email an itemised tax invoice showing the 30% ingredient cost and the 70% preparation and delivery cost.
- Claim the 70%. Self-managed: claim through the my NDIS portal. Plan-managed: send the invoice to your plan manager.

How long do the meals keep?
12 to 14 days from production. Keep refrigerated at 5°C or below and eat by the use-by date on the sleeve. Heat until steaming hot.
Do you list allergens?
Yes. Every meal shows full ingredients and allergens on its product page and pack. Some meals contain sesame, mustard, milk or fish.
Can my support worker order for me?
Yes. Use your name, NDIS number and delivery address so the invoice is correct.
